Trilobite Drotops Twin Specimen

Description

This rare and outstanding specimen is excavated from a single piece of limestone. Almost pirouetting around the base, these two Drotops trilobites are left suspended and almost animated. In the upper specimen there is fabulous eye detail, and both have great pleura detail and pygidium are all in place. Drotops are not often found extended, and here are two fully extended.

Dimensions: 150mm high, 100mm wide, 90mm deep.
