Shark Tooth – Megalodon

Description

Know as Carcharoces megalodon AND Carcharadon Megalodon, these giant teeth are very collectable for their formidable size and weight. This specimen has a gorgeous and unusual chocolate brown colour which on the reverse is almost purple tinged. The enamel is in very good condition with minimal peel on both front and reverse. The root is in fantastic condition. No restoration on this specimen.

Warning: Large Megalodon teeth are often repaired especially in the root where cracks are often found. Some are also glued together from 2 pieces.
