Shark Tooth – Lamna Obliqua

Description

Also know as Otodus Obliqua and as a Mackeral shark tooth, this fine specimen is partially embedded in its original matrix. The matrix includes many fossil remnants, and the tooth is in fine condition, with one cusplet tooth present, and the other buried in the matrix. The enamel is pristine and the edges and point sharp.

Warning: This tooth is often presented glued onto an non-original matrix. All teeth that we sell of this type in a matrix, are the original form with no mastics or glues involved.
