Labradorite Carving – Blue Lady

This fabulous sculpture is fashioned from a single 14kg piece of high grade labradorite. The artist has taken great skill to bring out the beauty of the rock and the beauty of the female form. Almost liquid, the blue shiller effect of the Labradorite flows around the curves of the female figure, and contrasts against the untouched raw rock on the edges. There are many many hours of work on this piece, and the results are simple breathtaking.
