This beautiful and rarer ammonoid is of a large size and in very good condition with few professional restorations. A heteromorph shape, unlike the spiral ammonite, had uncoiled shells would have made them slow moving in the water. This beautiful specimen has been removed from the matrix to show it in all dimensions.
